Welcome to Dreamized! We are happy to have you as a partner in our affiliate marketing program. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to you and set out the terms and conditions of your participation in our Affiliate Partner Program (“Program”). By signing up for the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

ADVERTISING

As an affiliate, you may advertise our services on your website or social media platform(s). You cannot directly bid on our trademark or URL, use our trademark or URL in ad copy, display a URL that redirects the user to our website, or use Dreamized as a subdomain.

COMMISSION

We will pay you a commission on sales of products or services referred by you. Commission rates may vary, and we will inform you of your commission rate upon your acceptance into the program. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made after a visitor clicks through your unique referral link to our website. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis when the commission balance exceeds $50.00.
Paid commissions on refunded orders will be deducted on the next payout.

SPAM PROHIBITED

Spamming is strictly prohibited. You may not send unsolicited emails, engage in deceptive marketing practices, or engage in any other form of spamming in connection with your participation in the Program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Dreamized is the owner of all intellectual property rights developed, created, or used in connection with the Program. All content, logos and trademarks associated with Dreamized remain the property of Dreamized and may not be used without our express written consent.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall be effective upon your acceptance into the program and shall continue until terminated by either party for any reason. Dreamized reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for cause, including without limitation, any breach of these terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMER

Dreamized makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Program or your participation in the Program. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States, without reference to conflicts of law principles.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Dreamized harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

MODIFICATION | TERMINATION

Dreamized reserves the right to modify | terminate any of these terms and conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting on our website or sending notification to you by email. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting or notification.

By signing up for Dreamized’s affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
