- Please note, the products sold on this site are used, previously owned, or second-hand authentic pieces purchased lawfully and are enhanced by the addition of unique designs. We do not claim any rights of the symbols, trademarks or any other related luxury markings. Trademarks are owned by their respective brand owners. No brand owner endorses or sponsors this ad or has any association and/or affiliation with Dreamized.
The products you see have not been endorsed by these design houses, therefore they do not obtain any warranty with them.

Some of the buttons in our collection are vintage and have been snipped off pieces of clothing no longer worn. Others were originally produced as replacement buttons for garments. Our jewelry designs incorporate authentic buttons that are in very good or like-new condition and their history is part of their charm. - At our company, we are committed to sustainability, ensuring that our practices contribute positively to the environment. We use only recycled and recyclable materials for our packaging, minimizing waste and reducing our ecological footprint. - Where do you ship from? Your orders are shipped from our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Has my order been shipped? – Once we begin fulfillment of your products, you will receive an email with your tracking number (Please check your SPAM/PROMOTION folder in case of not receiving it in your main inbox). You will be able to monitor your shipment online once it is shipped. Dreamized brand IS NOT LIABLE for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages or for any delay in transit time caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.
- Shipping Timetable – The delivery time is about 7/12 working days for internationals orders and 4/7 working days in Europe . In case you experience any delays, we recommend contacting your local post office to check if the package might have arrived already. If the package is not there, please send us an e-mail with your order details, so we can help out. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly.
- Two shipping methods available:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option provides reliable and efficient delivery service; however, it covers only basic shipping costs. In the event of loss, damage, or other unforeseen circumstances during transit, standard shipping does not include insurance coverage.
Insured Shipping: Opting for insured shipping ensures added peace of mind. With this option, your shipment is covered by insurance, offering financial protection against potential losses, damages, or other specified issues during transportation. Choosing insured shipping provides an extra layer of security, guaranteeing that your items are safeguarded throughout the shipping process.
- We offer faster shipping methods for some of our products, so if you need faster delivery, please contact us before placing the order.
- Free shipping? Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order if it’s over $150 USD. Otherwise approx. $8 standard shipping cost would be applied.
- Processing Time – 1/2 Business Days
- Unclaimed packages Unclaimed packages will be subject to an unclaimed / restocking parcel fee of 250 SEK within Sweden, €30 within EU, $40 outside EU and £38 within UK. The fee corresponds to the cost of administration, the return of goods and any additional handling which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- We facilitate returns within a 14-day window from the date of delivery. However, it is important to note that re-stocking fees apply, and the responsibility for covering the return shipping fee rests with the customer. This only include unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Conditions of return:
- 22% restocking fee applies.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All returns must include a note of the order number inside so we know who to refund! We cannot issue the refund without this.
- All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging, they arrived in.
- Buyers must provide a tracking number once the item has been returned as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.
- If you are returning goods from outside the EU please write on the customs declaration it is a return of unwanted goods. Any customs duties charged to us for returning the goods back will be deducted from your refund.
- Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel be destroyed but not returned.
- Simply enter your promo code at the cart page for the discount to be applied on the order.
- Previously Placed Orders – Discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases.
- Increased Processing Time – we work hard, but during sales and specials, sometimes there will be an increase in the processing time. Generally, this will only add two additional days to your processing time (refer to the shipping time tables above). Good things come to those who wait!
- Promo Codes and Discounts – Promo codes and Rewards vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Why doesn’t my promo code work? – Please check your promo code for expiration details and whether it requires a minimum purchase.
- When are there sales? – We let our customers know when these sales happen on the day they happen through our Newsletter.
- We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 1 hour of your purchase. Please note: there is an exception, if you used PayPal as your payment method the PayPal processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once you decide to cancel the order. We can’t accept order cancellation after 1 hour of purchase. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your request. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
- We are always looking for designer pre-owned charms/ buttons/ key-chains/ chains/ canvases/ garments, practically anything you may think of, to give them a new life and create unique pieces! So please contact us if you are willing to sell your pre-loved items!

- It is best to avoid wearing your jewelry in the following situations:
- When washing your hands, in order to prevent soap deposits from slipping into small crevices and tarnishing your piece of jewelry.
- When doing activities requiring the use of corrosive products (gardening, cleaning, dishwashing, etc.) in order to avoid damaging the stones that adorn your piece of jewelry.
- When practicing sports, in order to avoid impacts and scratches.
Freshwater Pearl
- Mother-of-pearl must not be subjected to intense thermal shocks. Exposing it to cosmetics, such as creams and perfumes, and chemicals, such as detergents and cigarette smoke, may alter its color and iridescence. Clean mother-of-pearl with a soft cloth.
